Luminary Original Above the Noise with Russell Brand Serves as a Beginner’s Guide to Meditation - A Grounded, Light-hearted, Fun Way of Approaching the Sublime
New York, NY, April 21, 2021 - Luminary, a subscription podcast network, announced today a new Luminary Original show from Russell Brand -- Above the Noise with Russell Brand -- is premiering exclusively on the network today.
Above the Noise with Russell Brand is a weekly meditation series for the beginners and skeptics alike who want to learn more about how to disconnect from the chaotic world and fall back into the deeper aspects of consciousness beyond the limitations that we refer to as “self.” Episodes will post weekly on Wednesdays throughout 2021, in addition to Russell’s weekly show Under the Skin with Russell Brand, which was nominated for 2020 Webby Awards for Best Podcast Host.
On Above the Noise with Russell Brand, each week listeners will journey through different meditation prompts, practices, and traditions with Russell.
